Class of 2022 Important Information

Class of 2022,
This has been an unprecedented time in our history. The pandemic has changed the way we
communicate, interact, learn, and live our daily lives.  It has forced countless cancellations of
events, experiences, and opportunities. Through all of this, our society has learned to adjust and
adapt to keep our time honored traditions alive and well. If the resilience of our schools, students, and families have taught us anything over the past two years, it’s that TRADITION cannot be cancelled.
That is why you are receiving this letter today. It is time to order and prepare for your seniors
graduation. As a Senior it is now time to order your Cap & Gown, Graduation Announcements and
Senior Apparel.

Cap & Gown: In order to participate in graduation you MUST wear a Cap & Gown Unit. W/Stole.
Due to the custom nature of your school's gown, design it is critically important to order on time.
Any gown Unit orders received after deadline cannot be guaranteed for delivery in the spring. Late
orders placed after Dec 1st and all last minute/late orders will not be accepted or filled.
These gowns are not stock and must be made to order and there will be no extras available for
purchase. Group Rate on all items expires Nov. 19th.

Graduation Announcements & Senior Apparel:  It is customary to mail out your graduation
announcements decorated with school name, crest and colors. Graduation is one of life’s greatest
milestones. As a graduate, you deserve to be formally recognized for how far you’ve come along
with the opportunity to share how much this achievement means to you, with family and friends. Your
official announcement is all about capturing this pride and celebrating it, with all the beauty and
tradition of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.  Be sure to add your name cards and photo cards to your
cart to personalize your announcement.  While ordering you can also take time to celebrate your
status as a senior and add the most popular senior items of an extra Tassel and our Senior Hoodies
and T-shirts. On the 22nd of each month seniors should wear their ‘22 apparel as a display of class pride
and senior status.

Senior Jewelry: As a Senior you have earned the right of passage to take part in the Dallastown
Class Ring tradition. We are honored and excited to share with you the newest class ring styles and
options, and we are committed to making this a first class experience so you can proudly design and
wear your class ring.

Inside the envelope given to each senior you will find your official class ring sizer. The plastic rings are labeled
with the size on each tab, and can be easily removed to try on your finger. As you size your
finger, be sure you leave some extra room over the knuckle for a proper fit.  In addition, please
see the enclosed flyer highlighting our FREE Cap & Gown with purchase for class jewelry orders that
are placed by the order deadline below. We are excited to offer this brand new promotion as they
make this once in a lifetime purchase. Below you will also find answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you along the way. If you have any questions, or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the email address and phone number below.
We look forward to helping you celebrate this important milestone in your life.

It has been a longstanding tradition for class rings to be ordered together as a class. When a
student designs and receives their class jewelry it symbolizes their commitment to graduate and
creates a connection with their classmates that will be shared for a lifetime. Every ring tells a story, and this class jewelry will forever represent this unprecedented time in our history and the adversity that your student
has overcome.

While you can certainly order your class ring at any time throughout the year, this is the ideal
time to order and get the best pricing and promotions that we offer. This order deadline is the
ONLY time that will qualify for the FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE when ordering by the advertised
deadline. Also, part of the class ring tradition is to order and receive your ring together with
your classmates.

We have you covered in all instances. All class jewelry from Jostens is covered under our LIFETIME
WARRANTY. Should your student need to change the size of their ring, repair damaged stones, or want
it cleaned and polished, we will take care of it FREE of charge for the life of the ring. We will
also change their design-a-side pictures on their class ring one time for free should your student
change activities or change their mind. Also included in the purchase of your class jewelry is 4
years of loss/theft protection which can be upgraded to 10 years for an additional cost of $19.99.
So rest assured, as your student’s story changes during school, so can their class ring.

The FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE is available for ALL class jewelry orders that are placed by the order
deadline except the Basic Options & Tradewinds collections. You will receive a redemption code on your jewelry email receipt.

Class ring pricing starts at $135.00 for our Basic Options collection (not shown online). We have
several affordable class ring collections and metal options to choose from. The Tradewinds
collection is our most affordable collection that can be customized by your student. We have
several great payment plan options to choose from.
1)   Jostens J-Pay™ - This option divides the total cost of your class ring purchase into 3 or 4
equal monthly payments which are auto charged to your credit card. The first payment is charged at
the time of order, and the remaining payments are charged in the following months. This is an
interest free payment program offered by Jostens.
2)   Payment in full - Pay in full online.
