On Thursday, January 26, 2023 all 11th grade students will report to the auditorium during period 3. 


Required Physicals for Juniors

The Department of Health, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has directed that children attending schools in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania receive a MEDICAL examination on original entry into school (Kindergarten/ First Grade) and in grades 6 and 11.  We are further directed to urge parents to have these physical examinations done by their family physician.  It is felt that they will have a better knowledge of the past health history of the child and be in the best position to recommend immediate steps for any needed remedial care.  

• Any physical exam such as a well child visit (after visit summary), sports physical or driving permit physical that was completed after July 1, 2021 will be accepted. 
• A private physical exam form was mailed home in April 2022.  Copy attached below.
• Please have your student’s health care provider completed and return to the high school nurses office via -
