Class of 2020 Post Prom Party Information

It is a little bitter sweet, but this is it…Senior Year! It is hard to believe that all these years have passed by so quickly. To show our young adults how proud we are of them, the Senior Class Parent Committee is throwing a Post Prom Party in their honor. Details are still being worked out, but the vision is to hold a great party after prom where they can be safe and make a lot of memories with friends!  Some of the facts we know so far…

    • The party will be held at the high school on May 9th from 10:30pm-5:00am
    • This will be a school event so the same rules apply as any other school activity. Once the Seniors enter the party, they will NOT be permitted to leave until the party is over.
    • ALL Seniors are invited to the Post Prom Party- attending Prom is NOT required.
    • If your student would like to bring a guest to the post prom party who is NOT a Dallastown Senior, they are welcome to attend. Guests will require a ticket to attend that will be available for purchase for $25. Ticket will include food and activities. Guests are NOT eligible for prizes.
    • All Seniors are FREE to attend.

    How you can help…

The Senior Class Parent Committee is already working on raising funds and awareness for what we hope to be a very memorable event for our seniors. Fundraising is crucial! We need funds for entertainment, food, AND most importantly PRIZES!! Your talents, donations, connections to family, friends, and businesses can all help!

If you own, work for, or have connections with local businesses or in the food industry, please contact one of us for more information on how you can make a donation via food or in a monetary form. Also, if you have any fundraising ideas, or are willing to help with fundraising (which is the biggest need right now) please contact: Trish Fegely- Party Chairperson at

*We are looking for an Entertainment Chair/committee and a Chaperone/Volunteer Chair

As you can imagine, this night of fun will require lots of work and ample finances. We NEED YOU to help advertise, promote, and encourage your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to participate in one or ALL of our fundraisers over the next several months. Remember that the goal of the party is to provide a SAFE but fun environment for the kids to celebrate after prom.

Mailings for parent donations and business donations will be coming home soon.

Senior Class T-shirt

Due to low sales and a lack of interest in the design we are relaunching the Class of 2020 T-shirt sale. First we are holding a design contest. Every senior will be given the opportunity to submit a t-shirt design if they wish. The design must be turned in to class advisors by 11/27 to be considered. From there every senior will get a chance to vote on the design they like the most. Our goal is to have something that most seniors would be proud to wear!

Once that is all said and done, we will release a new order form and deadline. If you already placed an order, I have contacted parents or the student via school email. If you have not heard anything please contact me at 717-600-4871.

Thank you for your patience,

Trish Fegely
