Reporting Student Absences, Appointments, and Educational Trips

Reporting Absences

Parents/Guardians have the option to fill out an online absence excuse form for students. Please
click here to access the form and submit your child's absence. If filled out, there is no need to send a note in with your student. This form is sent electronically to the Dallastown Area High School Attendance office and serves as the record of excuse for your child's absence from school. This form must be completed by the parent or guardian.
